I have to give these cookies a 5 star rating!! Having lyme disease and being in remission from cancer along with other medical issues, i have a lot of food restrictions and rarely had the opportunity for a fun sweet treat. fleche and their wonderful selection of gluten free, dairy free, low carb, sugar free delicious cookie have gifted me back the joy of sweet treat. It may sound silly how much it matters but it matters so much to me and my quality of life. Thank you Fleche!!

If you prefer a more fluid consistency, a quick tip: gently warm the jar in hot water for a few minutes. It becomes beautifully smooth and pourable.
