To calculate net carbs, use this formula:
Net Carbs = Total Carbohydrates - Fiber - Sugar Alcohols (like erythritol, which we use in our treats)
For example, if a product has:
- 10g total carbs
- 5g fiber
- 3g Sugar Alcohol or Allulose(not sugar alcohol)
👉 Net Carbs = 10g - 5g - 3g = 2g per serving
