Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@flechehealthytreats.com with photos and your order number.
Please note that Flèche Healthy Treats is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
As a USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, or UPS Ground customer, your shipment includes insurance coverage of at least $100 or amount of your order if above $100 for lost or damaged goods.
To file a claim:
Keep all original packaging and contents.
Visit your local USPS or UPS branch to submit a claim, or file online using photos of the damage.
If needed, we’re happy to guide you through the process — just contact us.
Due to food safety regulations, all our edible products are non-returnable.
This also applies to custom or personalized items (such as special orders or gifts).
